PUZ BUCOV – Prahova, 2009. Site area = 47.000 sqm. Layout plan for residential units, comerce, bike line, public spaces.

PUZ SUCEAVA – Suceava, 2009. Site area = 250.000 sqm. Study for rehabilitation of an industrial area, near the river.

PUZ LACUL MORII – Bucharest, 2009. Site area = 300.000 sqm. Study for a mixed used neighbourhood including residential, offices, commercial, public spaces and promenade area along the lake.

PUZ CLAMIR – Timisoara, 2008. Site area = 13.800 sqm. Mixed used development on a former industrial site: residential, offices, commercial, public spaces and promenade area along the Bega river.

BEGA PEDESTRAIN AREA – Timisoara, 2008. Study for The Maiory of Timisoara based on which it is compulsory for all future buildings to present a pedestrian/ promenade area along Bega River, as stated in the PUZ CLAMIR.

PUZ REPUBLICII – Azuga, 2006. Site area = 9300 sqm. Urban layout for accese road, individual plots for 10 holliday houses on sloped land and for a ranch house.
